What can we do about Prescription Drug Abuse in Wayne County?
Over the past decade, the
abuse of prescription drugs in WV has increased among adults and youth alike, with profoundly negative impacts on individuals,
families and communities throughout the area. There are several ways that individuals can help their communities.
Top Three
Ways:
1. DO NOT SHARE PRESCRIPTION Medication and lock up your medications.
2. Properly dispose of all unused
medication in your home.
3. Talk to your children about drugs and alcohol.
